This is a full-time position serving Westchester and Bronx County. Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care has an interdisciplinary team of a Medical Director, chaplain, nurses, social workers, rehab occupational and physical therapists and a speech language pathologist who work together caring for families and patients. This is an opportunity to join a strong, compassionate, growing team of professionals committed to quality end of life care in patient’s homes, skilled nursing facilities and hospitals

Preferred Criteria

 

·        One year’s experience as an LPN for a homecare or hospice agency is desired but not required.

·        Bilingual

·        Capability to work as strong, committed member of our hospice interdisciplinary team of professionals

·        Must have valid driver’s license and car to use for work

 

Required Criteria

·        Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

·        Current licensure and registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
