Call Center- Telehealth Clinician RN
PRN Positions Available
This position will work every other weekend, 12-hour shifts.
Weekend hours either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am with alternating weekends per month (2 weekends per month).
The Role Itself
- Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers and updates treatment team on clinical information.
- Actively communicates within HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines, documenting interactions.
- Completes level of care assessments and ASAM documentation via telehealth.
- Provides resource information and "warm-referrals" to community providers for engagement.
- Communicates with utilization review
- Completes thorough, timely documentation in compliance with standards.
- Demonstrates crisis intervention skills and upholds confidentiality.
- Possesses a working knowledge of clinical regulations.
- Completes the admission process, including verification of benefits and necessary authorizations.
