New Vista is currently recruiting for a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at Ethan Crossing of Springfield.
Days 7a-7p, Nights 7p-7a.
$15-18/hr. plus shift differential.
Job Responsibilities
- Understands and maintains confidentiality of client information and records
- Documents client information in EMR
- Ensures clients attend scheduled activities and required groups
- Provides appropriate help during emergency situations
- Builds positive relationships with clients and staff
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment
- Provides a safe, therapeutic environment for clients
Education
- High school diploma or GED.

Ethan’s Crossing of Springfield is an 80-bed residential, detox facility located in Springfield Ohio. We are here to help get people on the road to recovery. Ethan Crossing combines innovative therapy with passionate care to provide comprehensive treatment for addiction and mental health disorders. We believe that everyone deserves a shot at recovery.
