As a Data Analyst for the App Matrix, you will turn raw information into strategic action. You go beyond reporting—you uncover the "Why" behind user behavior to directly influence the roadmap of our newest applications through deep insights into retention, growth, and product metrics.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Measurement Framework:</strong> Establish KPI systems for new products from scratch and track "North Star" metrics.</li> <li><strong>Experimental Design:</strong> Partner with PMs to design and analyze A/B tests, ensuring statistical rigor in every product decision.</li> <li><strong>User Insight:</strong> Perform deep-dive analyses on retention funnels to identify growth levers and potential churn risks.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Support:</strong> Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations and provide compelling data narratives for management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></li> <ol> <li>3+ years of data analytics experience in the internet industry; degree in Math, Statistics, CS, or related fields.</li> <li>Expert in <strong>SQL</strong>; proficient in <strong>Python or R</strong> for data processing, statistical analysis, and modeling.</li> <li>Strong understanding of statistical principles (Hypothesis testing, Regression, etc.).</li> </ol> <li><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></li> <ol> <li>Experience with high-growth B2C products or large-scale datasets (BigQuery/Hive).</li> <li>Exceptional business intuition with the ability to discover commercial value behind data fluctuations.</li> </ol> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>We offer a competitive benefits package:</p> <ul> <li>Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family (100% coverage for employee)</li> <li>Top-tier 401(K) plan with company matching</li> <li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li> <li>FSA, HSA and commuter benefits programs</li> <li>Team activity budget</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
