
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. You'll play a critical role in keeping our a engine running smoothly—ensuring deals move forward efficiently, next steps are executed on time, and our CRM stays accurate and up to date.
What You'll Do
Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM, ensuring all deal data, activities, and next steps are accurately tracked
Follow up on deal progression and flag any stalled opportunities or missing information
Support the sales team by keeping pipeline hygiene tight and reporting reliable
Assist with contract and sales material preparation and tracking as needed
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred, but other platforms work too)
Excellent written communication skills—you'll be working async in a fast-paced B2B environment
Extreme attention to detail—accuracy matters here
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and deal management
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with contracts, redlining, or legal/compliance documentation
