ABOUT
Newform is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~100m/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors (Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance etc) scale paid social with our short-form content-led approach. We have an in-house content team that creates thousands of human ads a month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients. Our ads are seen by hundreds of millions of people. One in ten people with a phone has seen a newform ad.
THE ROLE
As a playable ads editor, you will be responsible for executing the vision set by creative strategist. You will be responsible for turning game or app concepts into HTML5/Unity/Cocos-based interactive ad creatives, from prototype to final build, optimized for performance, engagement, and ad network requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build interactive playable ads using Unity or other similar tools
Create simple gameplay mechanics strictly for ad purposes
Optimize playables for performance and ad network requirements
Collaborate with designers and US-based creative strategists
REQUIREMENTS
MUST have hands-on experience with creating playable ads
Strong traditional editing skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
A sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative
Ability to manage creative production workflows
