Job Summary:

This is position is responsible for driving Sales growth and building strong relationship with major retailers in the modern trade sector; such as Hyper market,  Supermarket and Convenience store.  Also,  it includes develop and implement sales Strategies, manage key accounts,  and ensure effective promotional activities.

 

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies: This includes setting sales targets, developing promotional plans, and managing the sales budget.
  • Drive sales growth: Achieve sales targets and increase market share within the modern trade channel.
  • Train and motivate sales teams: Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives.
  • Analyze sales performance: Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the sales budget: Ensure all sales activities are within the allocated budget
  • Negotiate contracts and terms: Secure favorable terms with key retail partners.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Modern trade channel
  • Experience in FMCG industry / Stationary Category is a must.
  • Strong selling skills combine with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)

 

The base pay range for this position is from THB 100,000 to THB 130,000. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.
