Job Overview:

As the Assistant E-commerce Manager for Coleman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Tmall Shop operations. You will develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, enhance brand visibility, and engage with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ECOM strategies for Tmall Shop to drive sell-out and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify
  • opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up to date with platform features, tools, and best practices to leverage new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plan across channels (paid search, social media, CRM etc.) to drive traffic, conversion and basket size with clear ROI measurement related with GMV achievement.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and leverage marketing resources to enhance in-site search and drive growth of GMV and share.
  • Craft sophisticated customer journeys, from awareness to post-purchase engagement.
  • Enhance merchandising visuals, product imagery, and storytelling.
  • Execute right promotion mechanism to ensure premium brand image and avoid cross platform/channel price competition.
  • Plan and execution efficient ECOM activation plan to drive ECOM GMV growth in peak seasons.
  • Optimize product listings, navigation, and search functionality.
  • Lead and mentor TP, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of solid experience in ECOM roles
  • Proven experience in ECOM management, preferably within the Tmall Shop platform.
  • Strong understanding of Tmall ecosystem, including trends, algorithms, and user behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business insight, make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity to work out the plan from 0 to 1.
  • Ability to identify and apply creative solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation skill to align resources, trade investment with key internal and external stakeholder.
  • Build trust with others through a WINWIN mindset.
