Essential Function
As an Investment Acquisition Specialist, you will drive the acquisition of both on and off-market investment properties. Leveraging our extensive resources, including substantial purchasing power, a robust pipeline of warm leads, established wholesale relationships, proven success, and proprietary software, you will be instrumental in expanding our property inventory.
\n- Average over 15 investment property transactions monthly.
- Utilize our exclusive network of warm leads to identify prime investment opportunities.
- Facilitate accelerated closing times and commission payouts, optimizing transaction volume.
