Join us in transforming observability and driving innovation in a fast-paced digital landscape.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive the design, development, and enhancement of core features and functionalities of our observability platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver scalable and reliable solutions</li> <li>Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring a team of talented software engineers to achieve technical excellence and deliver high-quality code</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient systems that meet the demands of our growing customer base</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, constantly researching and experimenting with innovative solutions to enhance our observability platform</li> <li>Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, advocating for best practices and promoting a collaborative work environment</li> <li>Be proactive in identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, applying optimizations, and maintaining the stability and availability of our platform</li> <li>Encourage a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the engineering team, sharing knowledge and promoting professional growth</li> </ul> <p><strong>This role requires</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree, software development, engineering, or a related technical field</li> <li>5+ years of experience working as a software engineer working as a full-stack engineer with a strong computer science background and an aptitude for learning new languages quickly</li> <li>Expert on Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and ReactJS</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in designing and developing large-scale full stack software systems, utilizing modern programming languages and frameworks</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of software engineers, guiding them towards technical excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code</li> <li>Passion for exploring new technologies and finding creative solutions to complex problems, keeping up with industry trends and advancements in observability and related domains</li> <li>Excellent collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams, present ideas, and communicate technical concepts clearly</li> <li>Keep up to date with technologies - AWS/Azure/GCP, serverless, Docker, Kubernetes among others</li> <li>Expertise in architecting and building Web Services and databases (Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Aurora)</li> <li>3+ years hands-on experience of developing micro services</li> <li>3+ years hands-on experience deploying and running workloads on AWS</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribution to open source projects</li> <li>Experience with instrumentation and language agents used to collect telemetry data</li> <li>Experience with OpenTelemetry</li> <li>Experience working on an Observability product, especially in the SaaS vendor space</li> <li>Experience with FinOps industry and best practices</li> <li>FinOps Certified Practitioner&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in Infrastructure Cost and efficiency Cloud cost optimization</li> </ul> <p><br>Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Fostering a diverse, welcoming and inclusive environment is important to us.
