This position will be part of the Sales Commission team, calculating monthly commissions accurately and timely, managing our Sales Compensation tool Xactly Incent, and serving as the go-to commissions business partner for various sales leaders and their organizations. The successful candidate should be a fast learner with high attention to detail and structured in their approach. They should be able to manage multiple<br>assignments/requests/processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly, and delivering timely results and collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to implement simple solutions to complex problems at a high standard.</p> <p><strong>Key job responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Ensure timely and accurate calculations and recording of monthly commission payments and SPIFFs for sales incentive employees based on Sales Compensation plan provisions.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Calculate and process monthly commission payments, both with an Excel-based commissions model as&nbsp;well as with the Sales Compensation System (Xactly Incent)</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Develop a deep understanding of sales compensation policy, systems (Xactly) and reporting tools to meet&nbsp;sales compensation SLAs and support your business partners.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Implement sales compensation platform updates to reflect sales hierarchy, plan rules, rate tables, quotas,&nbsp;etc. in Xactly</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Collaborate with the People team, Sales Operations, and Payroll teams to process new hires,&nbsp;terminations, promotions, and transfers within Xactly Incent in line with plan policies and procedures and required audit guidelines</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Distribute, track, and report on the status of Commission Plan acceptance to ensure compliance and&nbsp;timeliness</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Perform audits to ensure data integrity between Xactly Incent and the commission plan documents</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Work with Revenue Operations and People Operations to resolve any Sales Compensation-related&nbsp;questions or issues</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Provide analytical support and ad-hoc research and analysis on other related variable pay projects as&nbsp;identified by management.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau and other data/BI tools/platforms.<br><strong><br>Your Qualifications</strong></li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">4-5 years of working experience in sales compensation and analysis</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Strong knowledge of sales incentive compensation concepts, sales data tracking processes, and methodologies.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Experience using Xactly Incent platform, Salesforce</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Required to meet critical deadlines while maintaining organization and efficiency</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Comfortability with ambiguous problems, curiosity and willingness to ask questions, and ability to deliver results in a high-pressure fast-moving environment.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Excellent problem-solving capabilities, extremely detailed oriented, well organized and above average analytical skills</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Excellent verbal, analytical, written communication, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Self-starter with exemplary organizational skills.
