<p><strong><u>Role Overview</u></strong></p>
<p>The Project Manager will lead strategic transformation and technology implementation initiatives across the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, risk, change, and closure</li>
<li>Define scope, milestones, budget, dependencies, and benefits</li>
<li>Drive stakeholder communication and Steering Committee reporting</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with PMO standards and BNM RMiT guidelines</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Qualifications & Experience</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 full lifecycle system implementations.</li>
<li>Proven experience delivering transformation projects involving:</li>
<li>Core Insurance Systems (AS400)</li>
<li>Digital platforms, POS systems, portals, and corporate websites</li>
<li>Data Lake, Analytics, or Big Data initiatives</li>
<li>Experience managing a minimum of 5 internal team members, excluding vendors.</li>
<li>Prior exposure to GI / Life Insurance domain is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of BNM Risk Management in Technology (RMiT) requirements.</li>
<li>PMP and/or Scrum Master certification</li>
<li>Experience managing end-to-end RFP processes is highly desirable.</li>
