Our culture fosters teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning, making us a preferred partner and employer of choice.</p> <p><strong>Title: IT Project Manager (Infrastructure / Real Estate)</strong></p> <p>IT Project Manager with Infrastructure build experience within Financial Services / Banking office relocations. Strong</p> <p>emphasis on Cabling infrastructure, Telecoms, Networking, and Audio-Visual systems, based in Pune, India.</p> <p>Services: The ITPM will provide the following professional IT services to the Client.</p> <p><strong>Project Management</strong></p> <p>. Run the IT project stream, responsible for development of overall scope, budget and schedule to ensure deadlines are met</p> <p>. Develop the project schedule and critical paths, including procurement and delivery timelines;</p> <p>. Tracking of issues and points of attention</p> <p>. Attend project and vendor / construction meetings</p> <p>. Run IT project meetings with stakeholders</p> <p>. Draft weekly reports</p> <p>. Work with appointed Interior Designer, MEP and overall internal and external PMs</p> <p>. 3rd party vendor management</p> <p>. Budget oversight for IT Stream integrating into the appointed overall PM (internal / external)</p> <p>. Joining weekly key stakeholder meetings</p> <p><strong>Engineering and Design</strong></p> <p>. Coordinate requirements for IT equipment spaces design, including but not limited to rack layout and</p> <p>design, server racks selection, telecom rack design, structured cabling routes, port counts and designs based</p> <p>on Client IT requirements and standards.</p> <p>. Work with the appointed Real Estate design and project management teams to review layout plans for the</p> <p>premises, furniture, electrical, physical security systems, as required to considering IT requirements and</p> <p>standards</p> <p>. Work with Client network team for the network design and relocation considering timelines for equipment</p> <p>procurement and data line orders</p> <p>. Work with Client Physical Security team for the security system design</p> <p>. Work with Client A/V teams for A/V systems design</p> <p>. Work with Client Desktop (pc’s phones et) teams to validate desktop hardware setup at the Client locations</p> <p>along with any Desktop cabling requirements</p> <p>. Work with Client telecom team and external PBX vendor for the future telephone design and procurement</p> <p>including system selection, carrier comparison, redundancy (DR strategy)</p> <p>. Work with Client Cabling infrastructure teams and appointed cabling vendor for infrastructure design</p> <p>. Prepare CAD drawings for cable routes, port locations. Also prepare detailed CAD drawing for Comms Room</p> <p>including power and space requirements for all systems. Prepare rack elevations.</p> <p>. Coordinate with appointed furniture and construction vendors to specify cabling, power, and space</p> <p>requirements for Client IT for user areas.</p> <p>. Provide cabling patch schedules as per Client IT requirements (implementation by others)</p> <p><strong>Tender Management</strong></p> <p>For IT cabling and Comms Room infrastructure, provide tender management services:</p> <p>. Prepare and issue approved RFP documents to prequalified contractors, and vendors</p> <p>. Receive, review, and qualify proposals</p> <p>. Make adjustments for comparison purposes and liaise with bidders, as needed</p> <p>. Prepare final recommendation</p> <p>. Negotiate contractor/vendor contracts and timing</p> <p><strong>Implementation</strong></p> <p>Manage the migration and / or procurement and installation of:</p> <p>. Manage procurement of any lines related to the LAN, WAN, server, trading telephony, external IT</p> <p>vendors, PBX, server, data lines, voice line, leased lines, broker lines</p> <p>. Manage the new installation or migration of any lines related to the LAN, WAN, server, trading</p> <p>telephony, external IT vendors, PBX, server, data lines, voice line, leased lines, broker line</p> <p>. Work with client and coordinate the procurement and installation of Networking systems, desktop</p> <p>IT, AV, and cabling infrastructure</p> <p>. Work with Client and coordinate the procurements and installations of physical security systems including door access control and cameras.</p> <p>. Work with client to coordinate desktop relocation and new desktop setups.</p> <p>. Work and coordinate with the appointed facilities vendors for Furniture, UPS, MEP, and security, to ensure IT requirements are defined and installed</p> <p>. Provide construction administration for cabling infrastructure, Comms Room, and power installation</p> <p>as it pertains to IT systems to ensure infrastructure and power are installed as per IT specifications and required timing</p> <p>. Coordinate installation of external circuit and vendor hardware installs</p> <p><strong>Equipment Relocation Coordination and Management</strong></p> <p>Coordinate on behalf of Client and provide consultation services to Client in relation to:</p> <p>. Office systems relocation management and strategy</p> <p>. Cable patching and service migration services</p> <p>. Coordinate among vendors (including, but not limited to, preparing system documentation from</p> <p>various vendors and summary reports on the cost of vendors for evaluation will be provided)</p> <p>. Reconnection of all desktop, AV and related peripherals as per the original configuration</p> <p>. Thorough testing of all IT equipment using a defined test methodology, document results and troubleshoot connectivity problems if/when they occur</p> <p>. Full testing and certification of system operation</p> <p><strong>Project and Budget Closeout</strong></p> <p>Coordinate and manage the following tasks and deliverables:</p> <p>. Ensure rectifications of defects are completed before system handover and monitor/minimize</p> <p>defects during the defect liability period;</p> <p>. Issue completion certificates;</p> <p>. Full system documentation including test results and product manuals, in electronic means for future</p> <p>modification and extension provision.</p> <p>. Training for systems administrators and users on any changes in the IT systems resulting from the move.</p> <p>. Any other post-relocation support as required by the Client</p> <p>.
