🔑 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Deliver world-class customer service over the phone
✔️ Assist customers with travel insurance, rental car insurance, retail insurance, and medical assistance
✔️ Support customers with account-related inquiries and preventive outreach
✔️ Accurately document customer interactions, claims, and account updates
✔️ Build trust through a customer-first, empathetic approach
✔️ Handle complaints and escalations professionally
✔️ Navigate multiple systems while meeting quality and compliance standards
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ English Fluency: Required
✔️ Customer Service Experience: Assistance, support, or call center experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication and de-escalation skills
✔️ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
✔️ Proficiency with computers, including MS Word and Excel
⏰ Schedule Requirements:
🕒 Service Window:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm ET
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm ET
📚 Training Schedule:
• Tuesday–Saturday: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm (Mexico City Time)
💰 Compensation Breakdown:
💵 Base Salary: $18,100 MXN
💰 Savings Bonus: $2,353 MXN
🛒 Grocery Vouchers: $2,353 MXN
🍽 Restaurant Vouchers: $798 MXN
✅ Total Monthly Compensation: $23,604 MXN
