Supervisor (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit / 40 Std.
Als Supervisor bist du verantwortlich für die reibungslose Koordination des Teams sowie die Unterstützung des Management im Tagesgeschäft.
Deine Aufgaben:
Unterstützung des Store Managements
Training und Schulung des Store Teams
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Optimierung aller Prozesse
Gewährleistung eines optimalen Kundenservices
Aktive Kundenbetreuung mit individueller, kompetenter und freundlicher Beratung
Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Präsentation unseres Warensortiments
Visual Merchandising mit verkaufsfördernder Warenpräsentation
Durchführung aller anfallenden Kassiervorgänge
Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Mitwirkung bei Promotion- und Marketingaktionen im Store
Warenannahme, -kontrolle und -verarbeitung
Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren
Öffnen und Schließen der Kasse
Dein Profil:
Teamplayer
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrungen, idealerweise im Einzelhandel/ Kundenservice
Hohe Affinität für Sport und Fashion
Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der täglichen Arbeit mit anderen
Menschen hohe Serviceorientierung
Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität &Teamfähigkeit (flexibler Einsatzplan, einschließlich Wochenende)
