Hourly Pay Range:

$38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Practice Manager III
  • Location: Evanston, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours
  • Required Travel: Limited Travel

What you will do:

Overseeing the daily operations of medical practices, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Recruiting, training, and supervising practice staff, including medical assistants, administrative personnel, and support staff.

Managing the practice's financial aspects, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management, to ensure financial goals are met.

Coordinating patient appointment scheduling, optimizing patient flow and ensuring timely car

Handling patient inquiries and concerns, addressing issues and maintaining a high standard of patient satisfaction.

Implementing and monitoring quality assurance and compliance measures, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance practice performance, patient access, and growth opportunities.

Ensuring the effective use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology for efficient patient care and record-keeping.

Managing inventory levels and supplies within the practice, ensuring they are adequately stocked and well-maintained.

Preparing and presenting reports on practice performance, including financial, operational, and patient care metrics.

What you will need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Master’s degree in business or a healthcare related discipline preferred

Certification: n/a

Experience:

Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience

Managed in a physician lead office (physician management)

Financial management, operations management, and Electronic Medical Record experience preferred

Unique or Preferred Skills: Demonstrated ability to build alliances, drive results and manage change
