
We are looking for a Technology Marketing Lead to translate Neural Concept’s platform, technology, and long-term vision into clear, credible market-facing content and narratives.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market. You will develop a deep understanding of Neural Concept’s technology and work closely with leadership, Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to create and continuously improve how our platform is explained to engineers, executives, and enterprise decision-makers.
Your work will directly shape how global enterprises perceive Neural Concept — not as a point solution, but as an intelligence layer that brings AI into engineering workflows, helping Global 2000 engineering leaders design better products faster.
This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy, offering the opportunity to take ownership of complex topics and shape Neural Concept’s technical and market narrative as the company scales.
Technology & Product Narrative
Develop a deep, hands-on understanding of Neural Concept’s platform, technology, and roadmap
Act as a primary internal reference for market-facing technology and product narratives
Turn complex technical concepts into clear explanations, examples, and value stories for engineering and executive audiences
Work closely with leadership and Product to ensure alignment between vision, roadmap, and market messaging
Messaging & Positioning Framework
Structure and maintain the core messaging framework in collaboration with leadership and Sales Enablement
Define how Neural Concept’s technology is positioned across personas, industries, and use cases
Ensure consistency and clarity across all market-facing materials (website, flagship assets, campaigns)
Clearly articulate technical differentiation and competitive positioning in a factual, grounded way
Content Strategy & Creation
Own and produce technology- and product-driven content across flagship assets (hero blogs, whitepapers, product pages, decks)
Translate ongoing technical innovation into concrete, high-quality content that can be used externally by customers, partners, and sales teams
Work closely with the Design team to shape and produce high-quality product and technology content, including diagrams, visual explanations, and videos
Go-to-Market Foundations (in collaboration)
Produce clear use-case content, value stories, and messaging inputs that Sales Enablement and Marketing can directly activate
Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure product and technology narratives are translated into clear, consistent sales messaging
Support entry into new industries or use cases by clarifying positioning and value stories, without owning sales strategy or execution
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product, Applied Engineering, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Leadership
Act as a bridge between technical teams and market-facing functions
Contribute to strategic discussions on positioning, category evolution, and long-term narrative
Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in technology marketing or technical product marketing roles within B2B or deep-tech companies
Demonstrated ability to deeply understand complex technology platforms and systems, and reason about how they create value in real-world engineering workflows
Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities, constraints, and trade-offs into clear market positioning
Proven ability to structure and maintain coherent messaging and positioning frameworks grounded in technical reality
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical audiences and senior decision-makers
Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and asking the right questions to build accurate, credible market narratives
