We are searching for a Logistics Coordinator to join our international team in Oslo.

As we grow, we need someone with a keen eye for detail to assist in our logistical operations. You will support the Team Lead in daily logistics execution to preserve efficiency and support strategic projects. 

This role focuses on administrative excellence, document verification, and providing operational support for the Logistics department while maintaining a collaborative team environment. 

Daily tasks include:

  • Operational Execution:

    • Managing import documentation and verification

    • Daily follow-ups with stakeholders.

    • Creating shipping tasks and populating status data.

    • Coordinating shipments and data/documentation flow with exporters

  • Workflow Support:

    • Supporting the Team Lead in creating and updating Logistics SOPs to ensure smooth workflows.

    • Assisting in the monitoring of supplier performance against KPIs.

  • Compliance & Sustainability:

    • Executing data gathering for EUDR and sustainability reporting 

    • Ensuring required documents are available internally and comply with customs clearance needs (Organic, EUDR, etc.).

  • Commercial & Financial Integration:

    • Providing required information to Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

    • Supporting the documentation requirements for Sales to ensure high-quality client care.

    • Working closely with the Finance department to ensure accurate reporting.

Essential requirements: 

  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, comfortable with systems, data, Excel, and ERP (Odoo)

  • Fast and friendly service mentality

  • Team player, able to work well with others and in teams

  • Passion for working with people and solving problems

  • High standards of customer service, and drive to get the job done well and quickly

  • Fluent written and spoken business English

The ideal candidate would also possess:

  • Bachelors degree in logistics or similar field

  • Experience in sea or land transport and/or customer service

  • Drive to learn, improve, and succeed

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
