Stellenbeschreibung
- In deiner Rolle führst du das Hauptbuch‑Team sowohl disziplinarisch als auch fachlich, förderst die individuelle Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für eine effiziente Aufgabenverteilung
- Als zentrale kaufmännische Instanz erstellst du Monats‑, Quartals‑ und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und verantwortest zudem die Umsatzsteuererklärungen für mehrere Gesellschaften der Unternehmensgruppe
- Auch die Bewertung und Verbuchung des Anlagevermögens liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Darüber hinaus stellst du eine korrekte und vollständige Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle sicher und hältst die Sachkonten stets aktuell
- Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Prozess erkennst du proaktiv und setzt passende Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität um
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner oder Ansprechpartnerin für sämtliche Hauptbuch‑Themen arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen und trägst zur reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit im gesamten Finanzbereich bei
Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Bilanzierung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung sowie erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
What you'll do
