NETWORTH REALTY | TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
- 5 weeks of hands-on training working directly with a senior agent

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
Successful agents primarily conduct business Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on client needs. Agents have the flexibility to manage their time while meeting business demands.

- Currently enrolled in real estate classes? Interviews available now.
This position is based in the NetWorth Realty of Phoenix West Valley, Glendale, Arizona office.
On-site, local training, mentorship, and team support are provided.
