WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work from the local office and in the field within the surrounding market
- Learn and execute a proven 18-year sales system
- Build and grow your own book of business
- Develop long-term relationships with repeat buyers
- Negotiate contracts and close transactions
TRAINING & SUPPORT
- Hands-on training with a senior agent
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Training focused on teaching agents how to generate and grow their own business
- Leadership opportunities filled from within
INCOME POTENTIAL
- Some agents earn six figures in year one
- Average first-year income: ~$90,000
- Many agents' double income in year two
- (Commission-only; no salary or hourly pay)
