Analyze the test gaps that resulted in customer issues and improve test plan/strategy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system outages and incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.</li> <li>Understanding major browser technologies to ensure that the Netskope web interface works seamlessly across all browsers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required skills and experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of hands-on experience in developing tests and automation in the area of Web Inline Network Security, with expertise in deep packet inspection (DPI) technologies such as Firewall/NGFW, IPS/IDS, web gateways, and more.&nbsp;</li> <li>In depth understanding of HTTP/HTTPs protocol &amp; web content is a must.</li> <li>Good understanding of networking and application protocols such as TCP/IP, SSL/TLS.</li> <li>Good understanding of security products like CASB, SWG, Web proxies or cloud security solutions.</li> <li>Strong expertise in Python as a programming language.</li> <li>Solid experience in Web User Interface testing.</li> <li>Strong expertise in Selenium UI test automation tools, RESTful Web Service automation.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with traffic analysis tools like Wireshark or Fiddler is a must</li> <li>Excellent analytical, debugging &amp; problem-solving skills</li> <li>Hands-on experience with traffic analysis tools like Wireshark or Fiddler is good to have</li> <li>Hands-on experience with traffic generator tools like Jmeter, IX Load, Breaking Point Solution, Spirent will be a plus</li> <li>Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP AND Cloud Technology (Docker, Kubernetes, Opensource technologies) is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Opensource technologies is a plus</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Determined and ever-ready to roll up sleeves to respond to the needs of customers proactively and promptly.</li> <li>Believe in innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to foster the originality of ideas.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">#LI-JB3</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Netskope is committed to implementing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants for employment.
