Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.</p></div><p><strong><u>*This is a hybrid role in office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday</u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY:</u></strong></p> <p>Under the supervision of the Director of Sales Development, the SDR Manager will play a critical role in managing a team of SDRs and driving consistent pipeline performance. The SDR manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding and training their team, while also creating a culture of performance.</p> <p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.</p> <ul> <li>Drive consistent pipeline generation and attainment across SDR segments by monitoring performance weekly, identifying risks early, and executing corrective action to maintain predictable results.</li> <li>Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp of SDR talent, reducing time-to-productivity through structured onboarding, enablement, and ongoing skill development.</li> <li>Analyze performance data (activity, conversion rates, pipeline, and attainment) to diagnose gaps, prioritize initiatives, and translate insights into clear, measurable actions.</li> <li>Coach and manage SDR performance through regular 1:1s, call coaching, role playing, feedback, and performance plans, with clear expectations and accountability.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to improve lead quality, routing, speed-to-lead, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Operationalize SDR best practices, including process optimization, tooling adoption, and consistent execution across teams.</li> <li>Contribute to a high-performance, feedback-driven team culture aligned with company values in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> <li>Maintain professional growth through ongoing learning, training, and awareness of industry best practices.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of B2B SaaS or high-growth technology sales experience, including 2+ years managing or leading SDR/BDR teams.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop early-career sales professionals with varying skill levels and learning styles while delivering structured feedback and coaching that is direct, actionable, and growth-oriented.</li> <li>Strong analytical orientation with the ability to interpret performance data, recognize trends, and understand how activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health interrelate.</li> <li>Comfortable evaluating experiments and changes to process, messaging, or targeting using measurable outcomes rather than intuition alone.</li> <li>Strong understanding of prospecting tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Nooks, Sendoso, UserGems, Clay</li> <li>Exposure to multi-segment go-to-market models (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise) and how team structure, messaging, and activity levels differ by segment.</li> <li>Experience contributing to or reinforcing onboarding programs, playbooks, and repeatable processes that reduce ramp time and improve consistency.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear expectations for both executives and front-line team members.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span class="NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW85878744 BCX8">Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation Package + Perks of being a Netradyne employee:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Annual On Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 - $174,000</li> <li>Company equity</li> <li>Company Paid Health Care, Dental, and Vision Coverage for you and most of your dependents</li> <li>Generous PTO and Sick Leave</li> <li>401(K) with generous company match</li> <li>Disability, Life Insurance and Ancillary Benefits</li> <li>And much more!</li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">San Diego Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$130,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$174,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: justify;">We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
