<h4><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Review and draft contract amendments and addenda, non-disclosure agreements, and discovery responses.</li>
<li>Analyze and manage subpoenas and document preservation requests.</li>
<li>Identify, organize, and coordinate retrieval of evidentiary documents</li>
<li>Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules, calendaring deadlines, and providing timely reminders of same.</li>
<li>Manage company-wide contract management system.</li>
<li>Ability to participate in early morning and late-night meetings with global teams.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Required Skills/Abilities: </strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience with the Register of Authority and/or PACER</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Able to balance multiple demands simultaneously.</li>
<li>Patience under pressure, ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.</li>
<li>Attention to detail: Preparation of Legal Documents</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Paralegal certificate is required.</li>
</ul>
