Job Summary

The NetApp Field Technology Labs enable pre- and post-sales technical staff to demonstrate the business value of our technology. Additionally, the content enables field staff to maintain their technical competence, prepare for professional services delivery, and conduct informal workshop sessions for employees, partners, and customers.

The Lab on Demand (LOD) is a centrally hosted facility that provides remote access to standardized, dynamically-provisioned, private lab environments. Demand for our services is high: the team supporting these services is growing, and we are increasing our capacity and our capabilities.

A strong technical background and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

  • Assisting the help desk with questions regarding the lab environments
