Service Desk Specialist

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) 

Are you passionate about IT support, systems administration, and user assistance? You are:

  • University graduate, preferably in IT or related field
  • Experienced in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 11, Windows Server 2016)
  • Familiar with Service Desk Systems, LAN/WAN, phone, and printing equipment
  • Skilled in resolving hardware/software technical issues
  • Comfortable with general IT administration tasks
  • A strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset
  • Capable of working under pressure and learning quickly
  • English speaker at intermediate level (written and spoken)

With you we will:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
  • Deliver corporate software support and troubleshoot user issues
  • Resolve technical problems with network infrastructure and related systems
  • Prepare technical documentation and user instructions according to standards
  • Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
  • Ensure proper setup of workstations, including new equipment and upgrades
  • Support meeting equipment setup and maintain asset inventory
  • Conduct IT inductions and assist in trainings
  • Perform standard software installation in accordance with Nestlé standards
