Area/Stream: Order to Cash Process Optimizer & Expansion Projects Coordinator
Reports to: O2C Manager
Work schedule: 08:00–18h. Hybrid

A Day in the Life…
- Lead product process mapping and implementation;
- Manage expansion projects from opportunity identification to project closing;
- Support operations during activity expansion projects;
- Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement, digitalization vision, automation level, and compliance;
- Lead project governance and alignment among different stakeholder levels;
- Conduct benchmarking between service centers and the industry to identify and share best practices
What Will Contribute to Your Success?
- Completed Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (postgraduate studies in Finance or Supply are a plus);
- Advanced English and Spanish are mandatory;
- Experience in continuous improvement, project management, or within functions co-related to Order to Cash (Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales Administration);
- Experience on Project management;
- Experience working with regional and/or global teams;
- Experience working directly with leadership positions;
- Solid knowledge and vision of digital tools and data analysis;
- Ability to prepare presentations and lead meetings;
- Ability to communicate internally and externally;
- Ability to create and present management reports;
