O dia a dia...
Garantir atividades relacionadas às unidades descentralizadas da Logística Física, tais como:

Estudos logísticos, KPIs operacionais, gestão de projetos logísticos;

Realizar coleta de informações para analisar projetos logísticos de forma estruturada
-
Criar modelos para análise das operações logísticas;
-
Analisar impactos e propor melhorias na rede logística;
-
Desenvolver apresentações físicas de logística;
-
Desenvolver novas soluções logísticas, tais como: centros de distribuição, armazéns gerais, operadores logísticos, formatos de distribuição.
