Technical Project Manager

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;"><strong>Role:</strong> Technical Project Manager</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;"><strong>Total Experience:</strong> 8- 10 years</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;"><strong>Employment Status:</strong> Permanent</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;"><strong>Technical Skill Set:</strong> Project Management, Communication, Agile and Scrum Methodologies, Client Management.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project scope, budget, and timeline.</li><li>Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and communicate them effectively to the project team.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, resources, milestones, and timelines, in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and prioritize tasks.</li><li>Identify and escalate issues to leadership, as appropriate.</li><li>Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.</li><li>Manage multiple teams and provide clear direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members, resolving challenges and promoting skill development.</li><li>Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.</li><li>Bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective understanding and collaboration.</li><li>Establish and enforce quality standards, best practices, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Conduct rigorous testing and validation of project deliverables to guarantee they meet specified quality benchmarks.</li><li>Manage changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements, ensuring proper documentation and communication to all stakeholders.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies, driving the adoption of best practices.</li></ul><div align="center" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:center;"><hr align="center"></div><p style="margin-bottom:0in;"><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>8+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in technical project management within the IT services industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of software development with Java/Spring is a must with considerable experience in related frontend and backend technologies.</li><li>Exposure to cloud technologies with AWS is a plus.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects, including software development, implementation, and integration.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of IT services, software development life cycle, and relevant technologies.</li><li>PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.</li></ul>
