🎯 Tu desafÃo
Acompañar y guiar técnicamente a los equipos, asegurando la aplicación de buenas prácticas, el cumplimiento de lineamientos arquitectónicos y la calidad técnica de las soluciones.
💡 Lo que harás
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los lineamientos arquitectónicos definidos.
- Realizar revisiones de código (Code Reviews) y brindar mentoring técnico al equipo.
- Coordinar técnicamente con el área de Arquitectura.
- Brindar soporte en incidentes y análisis de causa raÃz (RCA).
- Asegurar la calidad de los procesos de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD).
- Facilitar la colaboración técnica entre áreas y equipos.
🧠Tu experiencia
- Formación: IngenierÃa de Software o carreras afines, con formación en arquitectura y liderazgo técnico.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo y liderazgo técnico.
- Conocimiento de arquitectura limpia y principios SOLID.
- Experiencia en desarrollo backend con Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS y frontend con React o Angular.
- Definición y revisión de arquitectura backend.
- Estándares de microservicios y Backend for Frontend (BFF).
- Experiencia en sistemas de mensajerÃa y arquitecturas basadas en eventos (Kafka).
- Uso de servicios AWS: Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS.
- Gestión de contenedores con Amazon EKS/ECS.
- Gobierno de APIs y control de integraciones.
- Implementación y gestión de pipelines CI/CD con Azure DevOps.
- Buenas prácticas de testing, seguridad y performance.
- Experiencia previa ejerciendo roles de liderazgo técnico.
