This position will have the opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of tools designed to improve technologies, tools, and processes. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the development of groundbreaking technologies.  Hourly Rate: $27.00/hour  The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market.   Essential Responsibilities  Conducts research and development to create innovative solutions with a variety of tools and technologies.  Prototype and test new ideas aimed at streamlining processes and becoming more efficient with day-to-day tasks.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring implement innovations across the organization.  Stay updated with the latest technological trends and advancements.  Must Have  Education: Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).  Experience: Relevant coursework or project experience in engineering.  Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  Passion for innovation and staying current with technological advancements.  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; strong interpersonal skills.  Must be self-motivated, well-organized, and a skilled decision-maker comfortable in a fast-paced design environment.  Excellent problem-solving skills.  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.  Working Conditions  Work Environment:  Work is performed in an office setting.    Travel:  Minimal: 0 – 5%    Physical Activities:  Must be able to lift 25lbs.   About NEI Electric Power Engineering  Serving Others.
