Responsabilidades del puesto:

Atención de equipos en campo marca NCR – Retail y otras marcas, tanto de manera preventiva y correctiva, asegurando la calidad en la atención de cada actividad.

Tareas laborales diarias:


•    Atención de equipos correctivos y preventivos de tecnologías de ATM NCR – Terminales punto de venta.
•    Llenado de reportes / folios de atención de servicio.
•    Actualización de sistema a través de aplicación de la empresa.
•    Recuperación, retorno y entrega de partes.
•    Realizar comunicaciones con las diferentes áreas de la operación.
•    Seguir niveles de escalamiento y comunicación con supervisión operativa.


Requisitos del rol:

•    Técnico o Ingeniero en Computación (Hardware y Software).
•    Técnico o ingeniero en electrónica.
•    Técnico o Ingeniero en Redes - networking.
•    Licencia de conducir habilitada. (excluyente)
•    Utilización de Multímetro.
•    Poseer disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes zonas de trabajo dentro de Mexico.
•    Poseer disponibilidad para trabajar eventualmente durante los fines de semana (guardias).
