Position Summary  

Detail oriented and analytical professional responsible for optimizing supply chain operations through data driven insights and process improvements. Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely provisions, vendor billing, vendor payments, purchase orders. Utilizes advanced software tools and industry best practices to streamline workflows, monitor KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.    

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Handling Vendor payments, Invoicing and Provisions
• Invoice Coding
• Vendor Bill Validation
• Raising and following up of purchase orders
• Distribution Document (E-way Bill, DC) Preparation
• Tax Reconciliation (Sales Vs Purchase Register)

Basic Qualifications

• Logistics Finance background with more than 2 years of experience in the related field
• Knowledge in GST Compliances, Reconciliation
• Good communication skills
• Expertise in Excel and power point
• Graduate from a recognized university

Preferred Qualifications

• Post graduate certification in the relevant field will be an added advantage
• Demonstrates problem solving/analytical/planning skills gained through formal education, certification, and work experience
• Results/solution oriented
• Excellent co-ordination skills since this position will require the candidate to co-ordinate between multiple teams / stakeholders to collect inputs on the management objectives 
• Expertise in Excel, power point
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Exhibits a strong sense of urgency
• Work on urgent tasks to completion where it might require working more than daily normal working hours
• Good PC skills to aid/assist in the completion of essential job responsibilities
