  • Optimize content across devices and browsers, ensuring minimal loading times and smooth performance.

Collaboration & Content Execution

  • Partner with Instructional Designers to accurately translate storyboards and scripts into final learning products.
  • Work with SMEs, L&D partners and reviewers to iterate on design, functionality and visual quality.
  • Maintain documentation, version control and organized file structures.

Quality Assurance & Accessibility

  • Conduct formal QA reviews covering functionality, navigation, media quality and visual consistency.
  • Apply accessibility standards (e.g., captions, alt text, color contrast, keyboard navigation).
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, brand and technical standards.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Explore and experiment with new tools, features, technologies and creative formats.
  • Stay up to date on trends such as gamification, mobile learning, interactive video and VR/AR.
  • Recommend enhancements that improve digital learning effectiveness and engagement.

Qualifications

Basic

  • Educational background in Multimedia Design, Educational Technology, IT, Digital Media, Learning and Development or related field
  • Hands‑on experience developing e-learning modules
  • Proficiency with Windows-based tools and productivity software
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI)
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage multiple projects
  • Willingness and ability to learn instructional design principles, frameworks and best practices

Preferred
