About this role


Position: Customer Engineer I
Location: Zürich, Switzerland, Virtual

Ihre Aufgaben:
•    Wartung, Installation und Reparatur der NCR Bancomaten (Auszahler und Recycler),
sowie der daran angeschlossenen Münz-Einzahler
•    Installation und Unterhalt der Betriebssoftware
•    Selbständige Planung und Durchführung der Wartung für die ihm zugeteilten Geräte
•    Regelmässiger Pikettdienst für die ATM Geräte.
•    Betreuung der ihm zugeteilten Kunden
•    Bewirtschaften des eigenen Teilelagers

Ihr Profil:
•    Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre
•    Basiskentnisse von PC-Hardware und Windows
•    Kundenorientierte, kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sowie Teamfähigkeit
•    Anpassungsfähigkeit und selbständiges, verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten
•    Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
•    Wohnsitz in der Region Murten / Payerne / Bern
•    Fahrausweis KAT B
