Title: Cash Management
Location: Belgrade, Serbia – Office
We are seeking a professional to support daily ATM cash operations through accurate order processing, forecast management, and coordination with customers and cash‑in‑transit partners. This role ensures optimal cash levels at ATMs while minimizing cashouts, discrepancies, and operational issues.
A successful candidate will analyze cash usage trends, review system recommendations, maintain master data, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring ATM network availability and efficiency through proactive cash planning and issue resolution.
Position Summary
The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for performing all tasks required to support the ATM cash program on a day‑to‑day basis. This includes analyzing variances, facilitating claims, verifying ATM transaction accuracy, managing forecasts, and resolving cash order discrepancies. The role requires careful attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and consistent coordination with customers, operations, and service providers.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Creating and managing daily cash orders for customers based on OptiCash recommendations
• Reviewing and accepting, overriding, or declining system‑generated recommendations
• Verifying ATM cassette status and issuing manual orders when needed
• Sending final cash orders to customers and CIT partners in customer‑specific formats
• Managing blacklists, pre‑emptive orders, and exception cases
• Handling AV tickets including cash outs and FLM‑related issues
• Maintaining cashpoint inventory and master data
• Creating new cashpoints and activating or deactivating them according to setup files
• Maintaining parameters such as safety stock, pre‑replenishment percentage, adjustment percentages, and order amounts
• Managing service days, service exceptions, and event setup
• Cleaning ATM history and maintaining forecast accuracy
• Adjusting forecast parameters, including or excluding historical data, and running forecast processes
• Running the recommendation process to ensure optimal replenishment decisions
• Creating reports as requested by clients or supervisors
• Taking proactive steps to prevent cash outs
• Performing other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Customer service experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical and coordination skills
• Understanding of financial operations, cash logistics, or ATM operations
• Minimum B2 proficiency in German and English
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in ATM cash operations, cash logistics, banking, or retail banking environments
• Master’s degree
Certifications
• Relevant cash management, finance, or service operations certifications are preferred but not required
