Job Description

The CRM Marketing Strategy Specialist will support Customer Relationship Marketing campaigns for Bravo. This entails campaign development and hands-on execution of CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages), closely partnering with Campaign Operations and Marketing Operations teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process oriented, accountable, detail oriented, articulate, and comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will be data-driven with a growth mindset & natural curiosity and will be comfortable in an A/B testing environment. This is a highly cross-functional role and will require the consummate team player to be successful.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in planning, development and execution of email and mobile marketing campaigns for the Bravo App and Bravo Insider
  • Work closely with creative design team, campaign operations and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets, copy and feedback are delivered on time
  • Assist in developing comprehensive reports detailing all key email marketing metrics including delivery, open rates, click rates, conversion, opt-out, and segmentation analysis
  • Coordinate newsletter content, schedules and deployments across multiple brands and with other NBCU partners (UPG, UDX, Peacock, etc.)
  • Facilitate the approval process, route previews to internal stakeholders and implement all revisions
  • Assist in developing decks including but not limited to monthly scorecard, automations reporting, season recaps, etc.
  • Conduct quality assurance of all email campaigns 
  • Report out on monthly segment volumes for NBC, Bravo and Telemundo and track against KPIs
  • Monitor the latest email best practices and marketing trends

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years relevant email production experience in a CRM platform
  • 1+ years experience using a project management system
  • Familiarity with mobile technology of iOS and Android
  • Proficiency in interpreting CRM performance metrics, including delivery, open rates, click‑through rates, conversion, and segmentation
  • Experience supporting A/B testing and leveraging results to inform optimization
  • Demonstrated curiosity, analytical thinking, and a growth‑oriented approach
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Creative, Campaign Operations, and Marketing Operations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of creative HTML
  • Experience in Airtable and Slack technologies
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a curiosity to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including strong copywriting, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to juggle a heavy work flow and meet numerous deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Interest in Bravo content and reality TV

Additional Requirements: 

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
