We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a growing DevOps team and help scale our cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms. In this role, you will work closely with R&D teams to enable fast, safe, and reliable software delivery, with a strong focus on Kubernetes, Cloud, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based production environments
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices
- Partner closely with R&D teams to improve development workflows and deployment processes
- Support application teams with Kubernetes architecture, scaling, and troubleshooting
- Improve system reliability, availability, and observability
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational tasks
- Drive DevOps best practices and standards across engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
- Deep experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud platform
- Solid Linux and networking fundamentals
- Experience working closely with software engineering / R&D teams
- Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Familiarity with GitOps practices
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Preferred Datadog)

- Experience optimizing developer experience (DX)
- Security-minded approach to infrastructure and deployments
