Skills & Qualifications
As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with Principals and Partners across all aspects of venture investing. You will gain hands-on experience in deal sourcing, market research, due diligence, and portfolio support, while building the foundation to grow into a future investment leader.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, technology, product, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to evaluate business models and markets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated passion for technology and startups.

- Location: Based in Redwood City, CA. This position follows a hybrid arrangement, with in-office presence expected and flexibility for one remote day per week.
- Pay: $150K-$200K per year
