Responsável pela amostragem e análise de insumos e produtos, além do acompanhamento de lotes-teste e pilotos. Atuará na preparação e acompanhamento de testes de transporte (APC), organização e distribuição de padrões.A área de Qualidade e Inovação na Natura atua para garantir que os novos produtos cheguem ao consumidor final com excelência, assegurando uma ótima experiência de uso e qualidade percebida. Como Técnico de Qualidade, você participa de todo o processo de execução, transformando embalagens e matérias-primas no produto final.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Quais são as principais responsabilidades?
- Realizar amostragem de materiais;
- Análise de insumos produtivos de embalagem, matérias-primas e produtos terminados; Processo investigativo de desvios em insumos e produtos;
- Aprovação/Reprovação de materiais conforme plano de controle;
- Organização e aprovação de padrões de referência;
- Realizar registros e fazer gestão das bases de dados e documentações conforme procedimentos de sua área;
- Realizar rotina de treinamentos conforme técnicas e métodos indicados;
- Gestão de RNCs (relatórios de não conformidade) junto aos fornecedores;
- Criação, revisão e dar treinamento nas instruções de trabalho e processos da rotina;
- Elaboração de proposta de panóplias de desvios ou variações e padrões finais;
- Acompanhamento e organização de retrabalhos e inspeções e amostragens (interno ou externo e produções em empresas terceiras)
- É responsável por cumprir com as políticas, regras e normas de Segurança do Trabalho e Saúde ocupacional de seu local ou processo de trabalho.
Quais os Requisitos:
- Formação preferencial de Técnico em Química, também aceito Técnico em Qualidade, Técnico em plásticos/materiais.
- Experiência anterior em qualidade (laboratórios, inovação, manufaturas), áreas de desenvolvimento, manufaturas, projetos de produto.
- Conhecimentos em ferramentas Google
- Conhecimento em análises estatísticas será considerado um diferencial
