Implementar los protocolos de seguridad industrial que aplican al centro de trabajo en conformidad con las Políticas, leyes, reglamentos y normas de la STPS así como a las directrices regionales de seguridad y otras normas asociadas, atendiendo de manera proactiva la posibilidad de accidentes y enfermedades laborales en el centro de trabajo.Supervisar el cumplimiento legal en materia de seguridad e higiene laboral
Analizar datos, identificar riesgos, implementar acciones
Identificar desviaciones, comunicar y solicitar corrección
Mejorar la cultura de seguridad del centro de trabajo
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Ingeniería (química, mecánica, eléctrica, industrial)
Licenciaturas en seguridad e higiene
Diplomado / maestría en seguridad e higiene
Capacitador interno/externo
Implementador sistemas ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, otros sistemas de gestión
Guía y acompañamiento en visitas de inspección y auditorías
Trabajo en equipo
Organización y gestión administrativa
2 años de experiencia como analista/supervisor de seguridad en industria de la transformación, preferentemente cosmética, alimentos o farmacéutica.
Identificación de riesgos
Análisis de datos,
Elaboración y/o seguimiento planes de accion
Manejo de personal
Manejo de contratistas
Comunicación diferentes niveles de la organización
Comunicación autoridades/auditores
El titular de la posición es responsable de prevenir accidentes, incidentes dentro de la empresa que pudieran generar un daño a los trabajadores o a las instalaciones (COMPROMISO DE CUIDADO POR LA VIDA).
El titular de la posición participa en el cumplimiento legal del sitio (CUMPLIMIENTO LEGAL ).
