This is a fluid role where you’ll work with advanced detection systems, tackling ever-evolving financial crime risks while delivering an exceptional experience for our members. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong leadership and collaboration skills. You’ll have proven experience in leading and motivating teams, setting goals, driving performance and resolving challenges effectively. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are essential, enabling you to engage stakeholders at all levels and present complex information clearly.
You’ll also need a solid background in managing operational risks and implementing controls to ensure compliance within a financial crime setting, excellent written skills for producing reports for senior audiences and a deep understanding of financial crime legislation, regulatory standards and industry guidance.

This is an 18 month secondment opportunity.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, Northampton, Bournemouth, London or Dunfermline office.
