Supports the operations of the Respiratory Care Department in the areas of equipment set up and processing, stocking, inventory management, and quality improvement activities.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensures proper set up and calibration of various life support devices.
  • Observes hospital infection control policies and procedures.
  • May participate in special projects, including audits and data collection.
  • Provides feedback for improvement of procedures related to equipment tracking and processing.
  • Adapts easily to changing work demands.


Education Requirement:

Currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited respiratory care educational program.
