Essential Functions:

  • Maintains and oversees the upkeep of facilities and equipment, coordinating projects and teams as needed.
  • Coordinates with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitors and manages inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and of operating budgets regarding facilities and equipment.
  • Conducts regular rounds to identify and address any potential hazards or regulatory compliance issues.
  • Communicates with staff and management to ensure that facilities meet all needs, expectations, and regulatory requirements.


Education Requirement:

  • High School graduate, required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
