- Maintains and oversees the upkeep of facilities and equipment, coordinating projects and teams as needed.
- Coordinates with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- Monitors and manages inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and of operating budgets regarding facilities and equipment.
- Conducts regular rounds to identify and address any potential hazards or regulatory compliance issues.
- Communicates with staff and management to ensure that facilities meet all needs, expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Education Requirement:
- High School graduate, required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
