Essential Functions:

  • Develops and implements revenue cycle policies and procedures.
  • Oversees the revenue cycle team and ensures that they are meeting performance goals.
  • Analyzes revenue cycle data and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure that revenue cycle processes are integrated with other organizational processes.
  • Ensures that the organization is in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to revenue cycle management.
  • Develops and manages the revenue cycle budget.


Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree, required.
• MBA or MHA, preferred.

Customer focused and dedicated to achieving best outcomes for patients and families as well as internal customers.


Experience:
