Essential Functions:

  • Oversees the daily operations of the Administrative Assistant staff including: human resource functions, mentoring and training, performance evaluations, formulating and implementing departmental policies, and assigning new or additional responsibilities.
  • Collaborates across boundaries to improve communication and operations of the department.
  • Manages and/or delegates multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful completion.
  • Creates and maintains various schedules including: administrative staff, medical professionals, clinical, and department responsibilities.


Education Requirement:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, required.
  • Business-related or professional development coursework, preferred.

Skills:

Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.


Experience:

  • Three years administrative experience, required.
  • Two years of office management or supervisory experience, preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare, preferred.
