Reports To: Production Manager Direct Reports: N/A FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly
Position Overview: Team member trained in all warehouse functions. Essential Job Functions:
Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including small parcel and palletized freight
Process stock, kit, and made-to-order (MTO) orders in accordance with company procedures
Prepare and schedule outbound shipments, including LTL freight and required shipping documentation
Assemble components, kits or products as required to complete customer orders
Utilize warehouse management systems, shipping platforms, and standard office software to complete job duties
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all order fulfillment and documentation
Safely operate material handling equipment and comply with all safety and housekeeping policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support production operations as needed, including assisting with manufacturing or assembly tasks
A proactive “How else can I help?” mindset is critical in shipping, where workloads naturally ebb and flow.
Perform assigned duties independently following completion of training
Physical inventory tracking, physical counts of products as needed
Non-Essential Job Functions:
Need to be aware and helpful to support the production team
Need to process orders daily from small boxes to palletizing
Other duties as assigned
Training: Training will be provided on the job Qualifications: Education & Certifications: Associate degree preferred High School Diploma or equivalent minimum Experience: 1–2-year warehouse or manufacturing experience. A physical role preferred. Proficient in computer skills and applications (Outlook, UPS, & order fulfillment) Key Competencies: Motivated, high energy, positive can-do attitude, strong communication skills, detailed oriented, solution focused, flexible, responsive Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for duration of shift. Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Must be willing to be trained on Joey and Forklifts. Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a typical warehouse environment in a wide range of temperatures.
