Summary:
Cambridge Court is seeking a competent Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our 180-unit residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential property management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare market surveys
- Outreach marketing and updating online ads
- All leasing functions including evictions and move ins
- Various reporting responsibilities
- Processing security deposit refunds
- Accounts receivable duties including collection & processing of rent income
- Send former tenants past due accounts for collection
- Resident event planning
- Upkeep with the property's social media accounts
Skills:
- Property management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- MRI experience preferred
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
- Customer-focused approach
- Comply with all state and federal fair housing trainings
