About this role
National Mechanical Experts Inc. is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, HVAC Apprentice to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina.
Requirements:
- Related Pre-apprenticeship training (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of applicable trade school (not required, but a plus)
- Universal EPA certification (required)
- Valid State Driver's licence and insurable on our fleet policy
- Maintain a positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment.
- Communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Must be able to work independently and without supervision
- Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen, background check & work authorization check

What you'll do
- The HVAC Apprentice will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings. The role requires working under supervision and collaborating with team members to ensure quality service.
