What You’ll Do: ♦ Assist residents with restorative exercises, ambulation, and transfers as directed by the care plan. ♦ Reinforce therapy and care plan goals during daily activities to support residents’ independence. ♦ Monitor and document resident progress: promptly report any changes in condition to the nurse. ♦ Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, with respect and dignity. ♦ Ensure the safe use of adaptive and assistive equipment for all residents.  ♦ Follow infection control and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for residents.
